This place is just awful. Untrained people who have no idea what it means to help someone get a good pair of glasses. There is a tall guy that works on Sunday's that just ruined my glasses and because they were past the 90 day's I am stuck with them They are now so tight the lens' are not even fitting in the frame. They pop out all the time. I just can not believe there is a eye doctor who would allow such nonsense in the office.

I scheduled two appointments for myself and my husband. Our insurance was verified by BCBS and Sears Optical at the time the appointments were scheduled. Two days later, after bundling up my infant and toddlers and dragging them out to the mall, we were told they don't actually take our insurance policy. I will never go back to Sears optical or recommend them to a friend. And I thought Americas Best was bad!
