the Dr. was amazing. super friendly. i was told it would be a week to get my glasses in. i called on the 7th day and the woman who answered was extremely rude and argumentative with me. she said i was in four days ago which i wasnt and said it was obviosly going to take another week. i tried to explain to her i was in seven days ago and she accused me of cutting her off. All i wanted to know is when my glasses and contacts would be in, which i paid $400 for, and was treated like an annoyance. not happy
This is the best place to get an eye exam. Through the years I've gone to a number of opticians and opthalmologists and I always feel I get the best exam and prescription at Sears. The glasses may cost a little more...but not always. But they actually fit the glasses to your head after they come in. I bought a pair of glasses at My Eye Dr. and they were to wide on the sides. Dr. Binh Moore & Associates: Sears Optical was recommended to me by a co-worker and I am so glad it was - I'm not sure I would have picked it out otherwise, being in an odd location... The staff is absolutely wonderful and the doctor is very professional and understanding. He is so dedicated to what he does, he even double checked his work with my left eye saying, "and one more time, so I can sleep at night."
