I recently took my 5 year old son there for his kindergarten vision checkup. The doctor, a middle eastern woman, was very rough with him. By rough i mean she slammed his head in a machine hard enough to hurt him, and knock the machine out of adjustment. She also spoke to him in a very rude way which made my son nervous. Of course a 5 year old just entering kindergarten may need a little extra instruction, but she seemed to get frustrated with him. They broke my glasses during the original fitting. I was going out of town and wanted to have them for that trip, which was a week away. They were completely unwilling to ask for a rush delivery on the replacement or to have them shipped by express service when done. This was not even open for discussion. When they did arrive they made one call attempt and admitted there was no answer or message box. They also admitted that was their only call.
