Great service. Very knowledgable. The eye exam was very comprehensive
I have been going here for 20 years and would never go anywhere else. Dr Clone and Samantha go approve and beyond to make sure everything work for me. I have very senative eyes when it comes to even the smallest of change, just about every time I get new glasses we have to try a few different lens to find the ones my eyes like. Being on vacation and tearing my last contact I had was a nightmare. Every clinic in town turned me away because I didn't have an appointment. The staff at Sears Optical was amazing! Ernest worked me in the schedule, Edgar had me checked in when I got there and Melinda made checkout quick and painless! They went above and beyond to accomadate me and make sure I could travel back home to El Paso the next day. We were referred by insurance &, to be honest, was expecting a "big box, department store" feel. But we were pleasantly surprised! Dr Cline is personable, friendly & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the exam & all the machines to our inquisitive child. He seemed to have all the time in the world though there were back to back appts waiting (but everthing still on time!). The staff too is super-friendly & helpful, wading thru our confusing insurance. Very good pricing too! Highly recommended!
