Poor service – I thought that my shopping experience at Sears, would be quick and simple. I knew the brand of vacuum cleaner I wanted to purchase, so I paid for it and proceeded to "merchandise pick-up". After waiting 40 minutes, I was informed that the vacuum cleaner that I paid had just paid, for was not even in stock! In the meantime, I had my car and air conditioner running to keep my $50.00 worth of "take out food" cold. ( I live 45 minutes from the Sear's store.)
