I've gone to the sears optical at the rockingham park mall for quite some time now. I've never had a problem with them until these last few years and I highly do not recommend it to anyone else. They lost all my information within the last year which made it hard for me to order some more contact lenses and today, they refused to look at the receipt from my brothers last appointment and also lost his information.
