The warranty I purchased for both my prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses was needed to be used and this was the closest Sears Optical to me. I met with Lisa and she gave me the run down on the glare issues I was helping and fixed me up. It took two weeks to get the lenses in and she called me right up. I’m very happy with my choice to go here.
I am totally satisfied with Sears Optical. The lovely lady Kelly took care of all my questions, and provided outstanding customer service. Kelly is very knowledgeable. I felt she did the very best, also felt welcomed. Jeff
