Customer service is excellent. My glasses had been damaged and Lynn was able to repair them quite well. It bought me enough time to get an exam and a replacement pair. I couldn't be more satisfied.

My husband and I went to Sears Optical and I think we will be returning, they welcomed us in and made us feel comfortable, they are very helpful and patient when choosing your eyeglasses frame.
Not good for me 2 weeks an still don't have my glasses.
