I purchased 2 tires less than 12 hours ago drove home and now one is FLAT in driveway.
Had an appointment for tires at 11am, was told that they had other big jobs waiting to be done and they will get to us when they can. They do not care about appointed times! Do not make an appointment there, they do not honor appointments. Extremely dissatified! Its going to be 2 hours before we get it back.
Sears Do delivery dates not mean anything anymore! I am guaranteed that my item will be delivered on the 17th now I won't have it until the 19th. This is unacceptable! I just moved into a new house and now I don't have a refrigerator so after the 17th all my food will be spoiled, but there is no way to expedite the delivery. Worst customer service ever! Will NEVER shop Sears again!
Do not shop here. They have changed their return policy. They do not accept any returns after 30 days even with tags In place and receipt. My items were purchased 35 days ago. They will not exchange. I will never shop here again.
Absolutely disgusted, went in to get my husband a drill for Christmas, as he requested. Price tag was as advertised, $79.99. Directly under this tag was the real price of $69.99. Checked the other "sales" items for drills and they were ALL like this. Anything for a buck, exploiting us ALL! BTW, I confirmed they were the same models
