Department Store warranty I purchased a DVD player at Sears a little over a year ago. Recently the tray jammed and I needed to take it back. I had bought an extended warranty on it at the time. I had the receipt and showed the salesperson. The salesperson was very nice and helpful. The warrant should cover all parts and service. I recommend getting extended warranties at Sears this was a no hassle issue.
