When I walked in was greeted with my daughter and my boyfriend I was very impressed how they took care of my daughter and I the doctor and the lady who helped me and my daughter Leila she gave her a color page to color I’m so happy how the dr was with my daughter and how patient she was.
I came to this location to get an eye exam and Tamara was extremely helpful. She was very patient and attentive as I picked out a frame. Originally I came in just for the eye exam but she was truly helpful figuring out my insurance that I a purchased a pair of glasses!
I paid more than $2000 for my prescription designer glasses and I purchased the insurance. After only 10 months, my lenses were scratched, and I went to the Crystal Lake store. The manager personally took my glasses and she said that I will get notification when the glasses are ready. Week after I got the notification, I went to the store and they handed me my old glasses completely untouched even left them dirty with the same scratches. Very unethical business.
