Sears has the worst return policy of all department stores. It is 30 days. So if you buy something this black Friday, November 24 I guess you have to return it by December 24 or your out of luck . Dumbest policy ever. No wonder they are going out of business
Worst experience EVER Not only that the service department never communicated with us for delivery, never finished install, they actually damaged my equipment, costing me lost work. I filed an official complaint with BBB and seriously considering filing a law suit!!!! Sears, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!
The guy with the mustache has got to be THE most arrogant and useless employee in that store. He works by the grills and outdoor section. Complete a$$hole.
The checkout is a nightmare. They only have one cashier and there are at least 12 people in line. It is like this every time I come here.
I don't know what happened to Sears they use to stand behind their products. Not anymore! I bought a lawnmower and it broke after one season they fixed it now the wheels are falling off such junk. Last year I bought a snow blower that I used maybe 3 times and now it won't start and the cord broke inside the engine. I used to love Sears UNTIL I bought my king size beauty rest mattress. I had asked for a four man delivery team as I anticipated the mattress will be heavy and I didn't want them to scratch my new sanded and stained floors. They showed up with a two man team. They pushed and shoved the heavy mattress up the steps and scratched my floor entering the bedroom. Once I got a claim number it took forever to get an answer.
