For me it was an mistake to visit Sears optical at Tuttle Crossing, i was given an wrong prescription for Glasses and when i went back to get it corrected the doctor acknowledged it and gave an updated prescription glasses. People at the front desk instead of reordering the the glasses with corrected prescription they started giving excuses that the it's an different feature in the glasses and it will cost you extra $60 to get it corrected. I would expect them to get these things correct the first time.
This is my second experience with Sears Optical... Dr. Wilkerson (who recently came over from the Sears at Westland) is one of the best optometrists I've ever had... He was through during the exam, and took his time. Even though I've been through many eye exams during my life, he explained everything and clearly explained my results. I learned a lot! The opticians (Sarah, and other woman whose name I cannot remember) do an excellent job of explaining your insurance benefits before you start shopping for frames, and will help... read more
The lady working there is very helpful and courteous.I could not have had better customer service.The frame choices are plentiful and up to date.I am wearing my new glasses and I am very happy with them.
