I can see again!!! I've been coming here now about 2 years. The dr was great and staff is friendly. Not to busy and I am in an out in 20 minutes. Or I call and my contacts are ordered the phone and sent to my work address.
Not the biggest selection of glasses, but I found some decent frames, especially from Ray Ban. What made my experience a bad one was the sales person. She needs some training on how to deal with customers. I did purchase a frame and will be picking it up next week. Afterwards, I am not going back there.
Great staff Anthony and Jannie Are Fabulous and my glasses came out great. Music is playing and cafe is right in front of the optical which is very convenient. I got a cup of coffe and a snack while waiting my turn. Effective and efficient. Doctors are also fabulous as well Will recommend to Friends and family. Stop buy and get prices. They have affordable eye glass packages and contact lenes promos as well. I went to other places way to expensive for my budget. But sears optical worked with me and I'm am very happy.. :)
Worst place ever .The sales person there named Anthony prefer to return my money and not fix a mistake on there behave for giving me a wrong prescription. This person has no human values knowing that I was in a desperte situation because I can't live without glasses and still didn't care.
