Always have problems when visiting. The eye doctor is quite good, the workers at the counter are a different story. Apparently we need to REconfirm our appointment times after they send a email of our appointment timings.and other problems...
The service was good from Anthony and also from Dr Liggin. Got a very good deal. The quality of the frame very good.
I got glasses at this store 2 years ago....DISASTER. First lens scratched easily even with the no-scratch stuff. These were replaced at no charge and the second set a LITTLE better, although scratched again. The worst is that the frame arms are now totally discolored and the color on the frame front is chipping off. I've worn glasses 50+ years and have never has such POOR QUALITY. Service was not an issue.....just quality of glasses......Don't go there!!
I've been a patient of Dr. Liggins for 8 years. I've always had a good experience.
