I bought a pair of glasses a week ago and was helped by Anne, who was very helpful. Ran by small team knowing they’re going out of business so none of them care, always on a 2 hour lunch break it seems.
Called for an appointment. They had no idea what they were doing and didn't offer any help. Said "nothing available today" and that was it.
