Had a frame repair needed on my Tom Ford's. The screw on my right frame leg broke in half with the bottom half lodged in it's casing. The lady working there not only fixed it for me but also made it more secure since drilling it out did make the slot slightly more open. At the end of it all she gave it to me free of charge. I'm blind without my glasses and I'm truly grateful for the friendly, superb, and courteous service I received today!
