Had a 3pm appointment planned for today. At 3:25 overheard one of three employees say the optometrist was out and would not return for 40 minutes. Disbelieving, I inquired and sure enough found out they had no plans of letting the room full of patients know that we would be seen hours after our scheduled times. So if you want the least punctual eye doc on earth and his/her three dim-witted minions, this is the place for you!

Very small inventory, very high risk of not receiving your glasses on time if you do purchase from there. DO NOT purchase from there. There are much better options Visionworks, Lens Crafters, Apple Eye Care. There is only one manager there who doesn't seem to know how glasses will fit on a customer's face.
