I wanted to purchase glasses as well as prescription sunglasses but wanted to use my insurance. Well I asked Brenda if Sears was in network or out of network. She stated Sears was in network. So I proceeded to order the glasses and learned 5 days later that Sears optical is OUT of network. I WENT BACK AND CANCELLED MY ORDER and was asked by Brenda why I was cancelling. I informed her that Sears is not in network with VSP. I RECEIVED no apology for being misled. So be aware of this location at Cross Creek Mall.

Pulling teeth to get someone to answer the phone. I'm not waiting 24-48 hours for someone to respond to a call. Unacceptable. Consider hiring more staff
