Nice and helpful staff. Dr. Bergin is awesome. I've been seeing him for around 15 years and he's excellent at his craft. He explains things in your terms and can get technical when needed. Highly recommended.
the doctor was very friendly and informative. I've been wearing contacts for 7 years now and he's the only doctor that explained to me how to properly clean my contacts. the a/c at Sears was broken so they had to do my exam at his other office in Macy's (they called me ahead of time to let me know). the front end there were friendly and his assistant was also very nice. I personally had no problem and will most likely be going back for my next exam :) hope everyone else has as good as an experience as I did
This is a wonderful place to get eyewear reasonably priced and the staff are just lovely. I have been going for a few years now and find the service and convenience of this location outstanding. The prices here are much more reasonable than the folks next door and the quality of the Sears frames are as good or better than the competitor. Love Sears optical.
