They went over and above to resolve the issue of the lab making a mistake twice. When she called to let me know they where ready. I told her I didn't think I had enough time before work. She offered to bring them out to my car. Thank You
I will never go to this place again. I had Aetna vision and wanted an eye exam and a pair of glasses. I spoke to a black man that was sitting at the desk. I asked if I could have my pupil distance written on my prescription and he said no that it was against the law. This is not true. I then told him the frame size I needed and he insisted that he could adjust 140 earpiece. I take a 150 and do not want straight ear piece he was trying to sell me.

One Star only because the actual eye appointment was great, but that was only 30 minutes of my time! From there on the experience has been horrendous! I had my eye appointment clear back in mid-March. I have 2 different contact lens prescriptions due to astigmatism. My first set of boxes for the regular lenses took a month to come in.
