Since the change over from Sesrs Ins to Westland Ins. We have been switched to a different agent handling our Ins without any notification. My wife and I find Mr. Hansen to be incompetent, neglectful, arrogant and misogynistic. He will not respond to my wife's calls, texts and speaks down to her. Now when I call in a firm manner he will speak with me but can't answer our questions regarding our policy and blames the insurance company (Nordic). I was really impressed with the service Melissa from Westland Insurance provided me. She quickly got me auto insurance quotes and when I decided on a vehicle, she promptly got my vehicle insured at the best rate. She clarified all questions I had clearly and respectfully. Her service helps me know I'm in good hands at Westland Insurance
Westland has been great to deal with. Most recently, I called to ask about insurance on a new vehicle and Lynette Campbell took our call. We were out of town and hoping to drive the vehicle home, on a Friday, with no notice. No problem, she had a quote almost instantly, and an insurance card out to us just minutes after agreeing to buy the vehicle. Made the whole experience a pleasure. Thanks again!!
