Im so glad others had a great experience with Sears. I, on the other hand, did not. I was left in the dark again and again, Questions unanswered. Unprofessional all around. I was told to be ready for a phone call from the other insurance company to start negotiations, lol. I Verbally told them three times that Im very unhappy with them and will be looking elsewhere. Extremely Disappointed – Would Give 0 Stars if I Could My experience with Sears Injury Law was deeply disappointing. My assigned attorney, Abby De La Crox, was extremely uncommunicative throughout the process. I raised my concerns directly with her, but unfortunately, she didn’t seem to care or take any action to improve the situation. Nothing is perfect but it is what it is. The phycological issues aside I’ll comment. Right now I am still having the same symptoms of pains in my feet and hands with doing fairly easy things. During the winter there is less pain as there is less activity. I am not able to work (earn) and struggle with trying to find self worth and purpose that is meaningful.
