So I purchased a grill yesterday. Was told I could pick it up today anytime after 9am when they open. I went at 11:15am and they were not open. No sign saying if or when they would open. No number to call. Nothing. I called the store as I stood outside the door and tried to leave a message but both the sales associate and manager voice mail boxes were full. So I have paid for a grill and cannot get it. No idea when they will be open so I can get it. No way to make an appointment to pick it up. Terrible!
customer service was great! Was in there on a Saturday (August 11 ??) to buy a refrigerator and the young man working was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was busy with customers, but was still so patient and took care of everyone without getting frustrated.
Great customer service, and a great experience! We definitely will be back.
They have had My Vacume for 6 weeks for warranty repairs. They say it has not been looked at yet I am beginning to think I will never get it back !
The Sears store is honoring their associate's word and allowing me to return $800 in merchandise I purchased from them, even though I had "technically" not purchased from the local store but from sears (online). At that time I thought I was supporting this local business by buying from sears, and in turn would receive the wonderful customer service we are used to in this town, but I was unaware of the distinction between sears and sears hometown stores.
