I bought tools from this Sears Hometown last year. Quality products, big discount. Associates are very helpful and patient. Much better experience than online retailers!
I bought a refrigerator a year ago and bought the master plan. Now I need a repair and this store said to call them. Not just this time but over the last few years you will find that they do NOT answer the phone. The mail box is always full. I guess they expect you to drive there. I had to make several calls to different Sears numbers before I found someone to handle my claim. Then I'm told I may have to pay something.
