Recently moved back to Shelbyville after years and sold all appliance in with the house. So the Mrs. and me went price hunting on stuff for our new home. First stop was Lowe's. Got a quote from them but come to find out Shelbyville now has their very own Sears store. So we headed on over and were met with customer service that I haven't experienced in years, and they have the awards to back it up (posted on the door for all to see). Bought a lawn mower here within 30 days doesn't start anymore took it back. Bunch of young sears employees says I can't return it I can only have it fixed. Talked to the owner says some guy in Dallas has to send me a check and it will take a few weeks
