I like the sears store in marshfield. There always very friendly and helpful. I've never had any problems with them..just wish they had a service tech. In this store for washer and dryers to make things more convenient...
Rude! Walk in with tools to replace a younger girl who is training tries to help the older lady stops n stares at us n yells from where she's standing I'll take those n walks away......we go over to her getting our replacements the younger girls walks up n the other lady snaps "what" younger girl says thought I'd watch n learn lady tells her we dont have these ger their info n ordee it. this was 2 wks ago n we haven't heard anything back on our order. My baking element went out on my Kenmore oven. Since it's a Sears item, you can only get it from Sears. So I walked in the store, walked around for about 10 minutes & I didn't even see a clerk at all. There was nobody around. So I called the store & asked about getting the part. They said they don't have the part. The guy never offered to help me order it or anything. I had to go online & order the damn thing myself. It won't be here for a week & costs over $70.
