I'm only giving a 1 because I have to give something. Great customer service unless you have a problem. They will then turn you over to the warranty service who does nothing but give you a run around. Then the store tells you they can't help because of the time frame. Brand new Kenmore refrigerator has not worked correctly since it was purchased. Should be replaced or refunded. Over five months in and still no resolution.

The employees have always gone above and beyond to help me and my family with what ever our purchase may have been. The courtesy and knowledge has always been exceptional. Where else can you order online and they will charge your batteries so you are up and ready to go.
To make a long story short the Customer service is awful and most of the young employees don't have a clue how they due things.Was going to buy a dishwasher but canceled because they couldn't give us a time and day of delivery . Don't know what happened to this place I bought a riding lawn mower a few years ago had no issues. It was bad enough this time were I won't be back.
I bought my craftsman lawn tractor here a few years ago. Craftsman customer service couldn't help me with the part I needed, but I walked in and Joffrey was able to take care of me on the spot. I highly recommend them. Thanks again Joffrey.
The only place I buy my tools. We bought two lawn mowers and about $400 in tools. I like to support family owned.
