As always, outstanding support and service on a new vacuum cleaner purchased in Port Angeles. It was a demo model but they sought everywhere to make sure I had all the tools that were to go with it. Adding to my last comment, I understand that it is not necessarily this sears store, but sears the company. At this point I would never purchase anything from sears in general again.
I can’t say enough bad things about this company. In the last two years, we’ve had 5 appliances that were less than 4 years old break (mostly about 2 years old). The paid for warrantees are complete garbage. Freezer broke-did nothing for us. We paid another company to repair it. Refrigerator broke-would not send anyone for many many months. Broke two more times. Range broke. Unable to repair it. Two dryer have broken. All brand new “top of the line” appliances. We bought the most expensive washer and dryer in the store.
