It's about time to give that store and staff 5 stars, they deserve it!
We have been in the Libby Hometown Sears several times in the last week looking at appliances, asking a TON of questions, measuring and trying to figure out what we might need, and could fit, in our tiny cabin that is off the grid. Every associate we spoke with has been patient, informative and helpful in a way we've not seen in larger stores. Will definitely bring our business here when we're ready to buy! Thank you!
Bought a washer over a year ago, has not worked since the day we brought it home and Sears will not replace!!!! Will never buy from Sears again!!!!! BAD PRODUCTS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I have been hung up on, I was even told I must have got a lemon....Nice endorsement
