Sent half of my order, said they'd send a refund check but never did. Now their website and phone number don't work.
It was 100 degrees here yesterday and my air conditioner went out. I bought one from "Sears" Outlet. LIARS!!! Don't believe that Sears Outlet is Sears. The Manager told me in no uncertain terms they were not Sears. They just use the name in their name to prey upon unsuspecting consumers. LIARS!!! They took my money and then sent me a note saying they didn't have the air conditioner. LIARS!!!
