I scheduled a warranty repair for the ice maker in my GE refrigerator through Sears Home Services. However, I was forced to use an AI bot because they no longer use human agents for scheduling. Although I repeatedly provided my street address, the bot recorded it incorrectly. On or about June 11, 2025, Choice Home Warranty assigned SEARS HOME SERVICES to repair the fault in my home AC. SEARS HOME SERVICES sent a technician to my residence on our about 17JUN2025. All was going good until the technician actually arrived. The technician was on scene for no more than 15 minutes before he declared the faulty issue was on the "electrical side" and would require an "electrician" to repair "the circuit breaker to the AC unit."
