If I could give zero stars to Sears Home Services I would. We have paid for a Sears warranty for years. Over a month ago, our dishwasher needed repaired. Since then, the following have occurred... we have been rescheduled 6 times. I scheduled a warranty repair for the ice maker in my GE refrigerator through Sears Home Services. However, I was forced to use an AI bot because they no longer use human agents for scheduling. Although I repeatedly provided my street address, the bot recorded it incorrectly. When I received the confirmation, I manually changed it on the website, but apparently the update failed because the tech could not locate my home on appointment day, He had my phone number, did not contact me for the correct address. On or about June 11, 2025, Choice Home Warranty assigned SEARS HOME SERVICES to repair the fault in my home AC. SEARS HOME SERVICES sent a technician to my residence on our about 17JUN2025. All was going good until the technician actually arrived. The technician was on scene for no more than 15 minutes before he declared the faulty issue was on the "electrical side" and would require an "electrician" to repair "the circuit breaker to the AC unit."
