He worked very hard and for a long time without a break. Very courteous technician unfortunately we tried to use the washer after he left and the agitator came off. I tried reaching customer service to have him return but could only speak to AI so now my washer is broken completely and I have no way to reach someone to get my machine fixed.
I have been sitting in my home all day it’s now 6 PM and still no repair person. There system is so bad that you can’t talk to anyone to find out what is going on you can only reschedule or cancel.
