What a joke. First technician ordered the wrong parts because he wanted to see what came in the box. When the next guy came he told me the reason my dishwasher was leaking was because my dishes were too clean. Water was leaking into the electronics and shorting them out. My too clean of dishes was causing that. Then after I cancelled my next appointment they kept calling and emailing. Took another month for them to pick up the parts they sent. Terrible customer service. No surprise Sears is dying.
Had a 3 year old Kenmore refrigerator and the compressor went. Took two weeks for parts and appointment. Then took off of work for the appointment. Waited until past the time it was supposed to occur then called. The repairman called in sick and they rescheduled us for 2 weeks later. When I told them I took off work and need it repaired today. Lee and Cruz were courteous and fast. Got duct clean out and coils. Thank You .
The guys were great! Mr. Lee and Mr. Cruz explained everything very thoroughly and did a great job cleaning the vents and furnace quickly. I would highly recommended them to anyone!
