Our experience was a good one . they cleaned all the lint out of our HVACs, the dryer and unclogged our fireplace and cleaned our fireplace. very reasonably priced and they were professional . The sinus headache that I've had for months finally went away so clearly all that dust and dander was not good thanks for a great job

SEARS HOME SERVICES, the forever RESCHEDULING company. Days with no dryer - 68 days and counting (since May 26)..read below: Called my warranty company for an LG dryer. They use Sears Home Services, the WORST on the planet. It’s 68 days and still the issue is unresolved. The replacement parts have been waiting for over a month for installation. I rent a condo and my landlord uses a service. This service puts service calls out so whatever company CAN do the service will grab. So not once but twice A & E service technician supposed to come fix my dryer and he calls to cancel. And then sends an email stating they showed up and I wasn’t there WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s ridiculous and poor business to me.
