If I could give zero I would. This company was sent to my home by American Home Shield, a home warranty company, to diagnose and repair a stove. The stove broke in AUGUST. Ever since they were assigned, I have lost track of how many appointments they have canceled. Finally, they showed up at my house yesterday December 19th and installed a broken part, without telling me or my wife. I did not find out about this broken part until this morning when I called Sears and spoke to an actual human being.
