My refrigerator compressor replacement was referred to Sears from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. It took three months and six visits from Sears technicians, all because 2-10 would not return phone calls, order parts, or send the correct number of technicians. Mohammed was terrific and quickly found the problem and solved it. Only note - several confirmations w /Sears about window of arrival after 12 noon. Their dispatcher gave technician a window from 8-5 so he arrived at 930a. Too much to go into but Sears sent numerous texts and phone calls offering to change date and time … and still didn’t get it right, despite phone discussion. The day before.
