Very professional. Good service and attentive.
1st guy came to fix my oven and didn’t know what he was doing. He googled it and said they needed 2 technicians to fix. 2 techs came out, scratch the front of my oven and told me the part I needed was nowhere to be found. I called Samsung and they told me that was the incorrect part number and have sent out a technician with the correct part number to fix the oven. It was a waste of money and there’s no way to contact Sears other than an AI bot. Wasted $120.00
