I would like to use this as a PSA as well. My service was scheduled for Saturday and then they cancelled on me. Rescheduled for Monday, so no real issue. The PSA I would like to advise is that my LG Washtower with ventless dryer has a "magnet" in the lint filter. No one, including the tech knew about this. After several phone calls, it was figured out that the magnet was missing and therefore you will receive the error code IF and you cannot use your dryer without this. Horrible service. The company is TOTALLY AT FAULT! Service scheduled thru my home warranty company. Called immediately on Tuesday at 8 am when A/C went out knowing that the temps in Florida were going to be at 95 degrees all week! Sears accepted the job almost immediately and then sent an email that they would be out to service the ac unit on Saturday!!!
