The technician was very rude accusing me that I was lying. He did not even check the dryer thoroughly by diagnosting testing dryer inside why it will stop working when its loaded with wet clothes.
Came out on time and fixed issue quickly. Andy our tech was knowledgeable and very nice . He cleanes up like he was never there. Thx and great job !!
He was really late well past 5pm and was rude and didn't want to listen to what I had to say on how to fix the problem
It took several visits and over 2 weeks to be completed. I was very frustrated with communications throughout. Richard the technician did a great job. However not having a company point of contact(HUMAN) caused some of the delays. You should have a way to talk to a representative that is not AI.
