My warranty company selected Sears for my washer repair. They were unable to secure the part. I made at least 10 attempts to get them to tell the warranty company that they could not get the part. When you call them, you get AI and have difficulty reaching a live person. When you do, it is a call center that based on the accents is overseas. They are of no help.
