I had to what a month for them to come out when they got here it took them 5 minutes to look at the AC and told me they AC came on so they no it works I tried to till them to the fan is not working to blow the could air in the house the tould me that I need a electric man to fix it decose the AC is coming on so that means there is no electricity running to it .
I would not recommend this company. They no-showed twice for scheduled service appointments. For the first appointment, I was given an 8 AM–5 PM arrival window. I called multiple times and checked the online tracking throughout the day, but there was no useful update and no human available to speak with. The system continued to indicate they were coming until after the arrival window, when I finally received a message saying they could not come due to technician availability. Two times they no showed on Saturday appointments. Both times I got up early to drive to the property to meet them because I got a notification that they were on their way. Both times no one showed up BUT the worst part is, they lied about it. I got a completed invoice with pricing stating service was done. We have had a Sears Master Protection agreement for years lately the service is going down. I got a sears Master Protection agreement. My furnace has been down since October 2023. We have been calling ever week. we were calling almost every day. We were authorized a replacement furnace and then they declined it because of a minor issue we weren't told about it..So again sears decided to send out another technician to check the furnace on 1-20-24 he was scheduled to come today 7-11am this morning but never showed up. The first guy just assumed it was the brain unit, the second guy said the first guy was fired due to incompetence and still didnt fix my dishwasher. They refused to come out a third time and I didn't want them anyway!
