Sears was supposed to come fix my appliance and twice the had to reschedule. They did not even call me to reschedule, I called and had to find out. Now I have to wait another week. This is unacceptable behavior from Sears. Oh and when you call you have to speak to an AI assistant and they don’t have any live agents (people) to talk to. UPDATE: They wrote to me and gave me a phone number to call and I STILL CANNOT GET A LIVE PERSON to talk to. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Sears is playing games with me.
Terrible service. Had me pay “deductable” then just had me text pictures and promised they would be out when unit thawed and then canceled future appt (made almost a month in advance) that was scheduled 7 hours prior and stopped responding. Technician John or Jon stopped responding when I asked for a supervised name and contact. Left a single mother with a toddler with no heat for over a month- if I could give a zero I would.
Broke my oven and caused a gas leak. I couldn’t contact anyone from the customer service department to get someone to come back out. Sears negligence almost KILLED me!!!! Now I have to buy an entire new oven! Requested a refund for breaking my oven and causing a gas leak, and I still cannot get in contact with anyone. Now I am without a stove and can’t cook. I DO NOT recommend!!

* John was amazing. He communicated with me every step. He arrived at the exact time he said he would. He went above and beyond his call of duty. He got the job done before expected.
