Broke my oven and caused a gas leak. I couldn’t contact anyone from the customer service department to get someone to come back out. Sears negligence almost KILLED me!!!! Now I have to buy an entire new oven! Requested a refund for breaking my oven and causing a gas leak, and I still cannot get in contact with anyone. Now I am without a stove and can’t cook. I DO NOT recommend!!
* John was amazing. He communicated with me every step. He arrived at the exact time he said he would. He went above and beyond his call of duty. He got the job done before expected.
* Our service guy was tremendously helpful and completely fixed the washer, updated the dryer and cleaned up the refrigerator in the time I thought he would take for the washer alone...so very helpful and it was Labor day weekend So Sears has always been a trusted and adored company and they did not let us down at all - excellent at fixing a variety of appliances - all obtained through a builder and gave them a new life
John was our Service Technician and did a fantastic job. Was very courteous and friendly also to our 2 dogs. Repaired our air and heating and was very informative about the repair. We would most definitely ask for John should another repair occur which we don’t anticipate. Our whole house is Sears appliances plus our air and heating. Sears is a most trusted business. Thank you John!
