Needed freezer drawer replaced repairman sent pictures of model and serial number. drawer sent came without needed parts. No response from store.
They came to repair our wall oven which is a Kenmore under my Sears service contract. The technician was in and out of there within an hour, completely repaired the unit so that it worked properly, and followed up with a phone call to explain exactly what was done. No additional costs apart from the usual $75 deductible + my monthly charge of 49.95. Great job!
Came to work on 2 appliances, fixed one (15 min.) but charged $199 when I realized a pitcher was leaking, and he dried the inside of the fridge (10 min)
