Technician arrived on time and performed everything extremely well.
The Tech "Wilner" was great and deserves a 5 star rating! Sears Home Services on the other hand has very poor customer service assistance. Our AC went out on Saturday, and appointment set for Tuesday and after waiting from 8AM to 7PM Gor a no show, and a cancellation at 8PM. New appointment set on Wednesday and Sears cancelled again! Finally got Service at 8:30 AM on Thursday. The Tech, Wilner was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and Professional! Had us up and running in no time. He was very efficient got the business and did what he needed to do now the technician was wonderful but I'm not too thrilled with Sears as a company because all you ever got was a computer
