Erik was very knowledgeable and considerate in his ability to access the problem. He handled the problem in a timely manner and one couldn’t ask for more. Erik is a credit to the Sears organization.
Effective repair.
Excellent service from the technician when he finally arrived. Unfortunately waiting from 8am until 5:30pm (he arrived 5:15) is entirely unfair. A more timely and accurate notification system would make for a better experience. The “How much did you pay” question doesn’t make sense because I have a service contract with $100.00 deductible. Not sure if I’ll renew my service contract.
