Problem was already diagnosed before Technician came out but 2 weeks later, heater/heat pump still not fixed. Had service appointment for fix 2 times and no one showed up. Poor communication from Sears reps who don't seem to all be on the same page, as each time I call for updates, I get different information. Still waiting for parts and service and trying to manage in almost freezing conditions.
