I’ve been coordinating with a complaints specialists about an issue that occurred on my hvac. Sears home services provided services to my equipment. 4 months later my hvac failed. After getting it serviced a second time from a different company, they discovered that “repairs” from the first hvac maintenance was performed poorly and was serviced at a substandard level.
