I’ve been coordinating with a complaints specialists about an issue that occurred on my hvac. Sears home services provided services to my equipment. 4 months later my hvac failed. After getting it serviced a second time from a different company, they discovered that “repairs” from the first hvac maintenance was performed poorly and was serviced at a substandard level. Kurtis arrived early, promptly got to work on the dryer, diagnosed the problem and had the part for the repair, so he got the job done quickly and efficiently. He also recommended we take a look at the Sear's Home Protection Plan to see if it compared to our current home warranty plan for coverage and price, and we really appreciated that.
