Your company technicians came to my house 3 times and at the end they couldn’t fix it. I had to buy a new refrigerator
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable
We called for a stove to be repaired. A diagnostic was amazing that the motherboard was fried however, after having a certified technician for electricity come and check it was not fried. He cleaned off the electric socket, and the stove worked just fine. The technician from Sears had no idea what he was talking about And we wasted $119 only to have to have a certified technician from somewhere else, and charge us less for the problem, which was not the stove.
This was the second time in 2 weeks i called to fix the same fridge ?problem. Why should I have to pay another service fee to fix the same problem which was not fixed the first time? Where is the honesty and integrity of the service company. Unless I get some sort of refund, this is the last time I will use anything related to Sears
