This is the fourth time I was scheduled for service on my Microwave oven, and no technician has showed up to service my microwave oven. This is ridiculous, I have been a customer for over eleven (11) years. Initial service was requested August 19, 2025, and parts were ordered. Today is September 23, 2025, and still no technician has showed up at my home.
An absolute dissaster. Five scheduled appointments for a refridgerator repair over the last 2 months and every appointment was a no show, and now they want to schedule me for a VIRTUAL repair session! That sounds nuttier still. This is like a clown show at the Circus.
No show for the 4th time
Tha technician never came but wrote down he did and also wrote down a diagnosis how gave a diagnosis for write down something you never check I believe that this is a scam and they are taking my money I will sue and report them to the BBB am looking into this further and the guy needs to be fired for lying I been sitting outside every since he said he was on his way then it said arrived no pulled up to my house and I'm still sitting outside
No one ever showed up to my house. THIS SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. I received copies of documents that supposedly had my signature on them, but it was not my signature as NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE TO DO ANYTHING! I have had SIX appointments and have been stood up every single time. My microwave has been broken for two months.
