had Sears come out a week and half ago! Check my ac/ the guy persuaded me to buy the warranty…. Guy left checked my ax as soon as he left. I’m t started doing the exact same thing! That was last Friday. I’m be spoken with 6 people today 1 told me I cancelled my warranty the other 5 could see it… but that’s not the problem.. the service guy who is supposed come recheck it says I owe $139 bucks but how! We have been Sears customers for 50+ years. Scheduled an urgent AC repair for a family member who is elderly. Temperatures in the 90's. Technician came out over a week ago and charged $200 for a diagnostic. He recommended an engine replacement which we want to proceed with, but we can not get him to re-engage or provide a timeline for the replacement part. Absolutely horrendous customer service and no communication whatsoever.
