THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We had flooring installed with Sears aka Transform Home Improvements. The sales people, (Jordan Cain), in our case only seem to be concerned with selling you the product and once you are sold it all goes down hill.... they could careless about what happens after that. They lie about when you would receive the contract, they lie about when service will be installed, they lie about calling you back, they lie about giving a discount... we were promised a $500 discount after various prob... read more
