Hello All, Please beware of doing business with Sears Home Warranty Services underwritten by HomeSure Services Inc. We have gone three weeks without air conditioning on our top story where daytime temperatures are reaching 94 degrees F. We filed for a warranty repair on 21 May. Sears Home Warranty has not shown up, re-scheduled, and blamed parts distributors for failing to repair our AC going on a month now.
