Sears was our appointed HVAC provider through our home warranty company. At the beginning of July we made a claim for our AC that isn't working and were scheduled out to the 18th (so already 2 weeks without AC). We received a call 5 days prior to our appointment telling us that a tech was actually not available for our appointment, and that we needed to reschedule. We were rescheduled to the 26th. Got all home windows replaced, took around 4mo from ordering to install. Mishap with total number of windows (I have a lot) but was handled. Customer Service was good. Installation was great, he was very informative and helpful, and cleaned up after himself. Windows look great!
