The process of scheduling a diagnostic evaluation and the repair was easy. Frank did an excellent job and was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Luckily, the part was overnighted and I only spent 2 1/2 days without a working refrigerator. Thanks!
Excellent service and great customer service.
He was extremely rude and he lied about needing to drain the water heater. He said it did not need to be drained and then he started doing it anyway and almost damaged a family heirloom by not telling us he was draining it
